Poseidon: Greek god of the oceans and earthquakes, Poseidon is Zeus and Hera's brother, son of Kronos and Rhea (same as the other five original gods: Zeus, Hera, Hestia, Demeter, and Hades, all of who fought to send the Titans to Tartarus), and one of the three powerful brothers. He is a changable god, like the sea; sometimes calm, sometimes violent. He created horses from sea foam, as well as competed for patron god of Athens. He has had many affairs with many goddesses and mortal woman. His symbol is the trident, of which he uses to control the sea and cause earthquakes. His animal is the horse.
